Voids Supervisor required for a national social housing contractor based in Camberley.

Main duties -

• Supervising trade operatives on void properties

• Monitoring and managing resource

• Allocating work to operatives and ensuring works completed on time

• Ensure all works are carried out to the lettable standard

• Ensuring all works are completed within budget and to contractual standards

• Carry out pre and post inspections of all void works

• Monitoring progress of all works

• Ensuring a high quality of workmanship

• Ensuring that suppliers/subcontractors works are carried out in accordance with the work specs provided and in a timely manner meeting all contractual KPI targets Specifying of voids using NAT FED SOR’s.

• Encompass Company change, including any training where necessary with positive attitude

• Ensure all clients’ expectations are achieved

• Ensure all paperwork is fully completed and submitted in-line with the company procedure

• Driving from site to site as part of the daily duties

• Monthly Toolbox Talks

• H&S Inspections

• Strict adherence and implementation of the Group Health & Safety and Environmental procedures, HR policies and procedures and all other statutory regulations
