As Site Manager you will manage and control activities on site to successfully complete the project within budget, to stipulated quality standards, within the contract period and to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction ensuring that the highest standards of Health and Safety are maintained at all times.
We are looking for a Site Manager who can add value to the team with experience in managing a range of large-scale internal and external refurbishment works, ideally for a contractor. You will be an excellent communicator with good people management skills and the ability to motivate a team to ensure you're getting works over the line. In addition, you will possess the following:
Relevant construction related level 4 and above qualification (HNC / NVQ)
Appropriate CSCS card and SMSTS certificate
Valid driving license
