18 Recruitment are looking for experienced Site Managers for various sites across London.

This Job is working with a large roofing Contractor so applicants would have to have some roofing experience. Applicants must also have a valid CSCS and there SMSTS Certificate.

The successful applicants will be interviewed by the Contracts Manager and form a close working relationship. This job will involve overseeing the successful completion of a number of Projects.

Duties will include;

Day to day running of site

Ordering Materials

Liaising with Contracts Manager and Client to satisfy the needs of the Jobs

Inductions and tool box talks.

Too have a Hands on approach to work, be confident and to make sure the projects are completed on time.

Pay rate is £210.00 - £225.00 a day.

Duration is 16 weeks Temp to Perm.
