Repairs Supervisor - Social Housing Maintenance

My client is a leading Social Housing Main Contractor delivering Planned Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance Contracts. Following a number of new contract gains they are currently in need of a Repairs/ Works Supervisor to cover Hackney.

What You'll Need To Succeed:

• To provide day to day, on site supervision of works carried out

• Ensuring all contract KPI targets are met

• Specifying of void properties

• Monitoring progress of the contract to ensure the completed works are correct and to the agreed standard

• Monitoring quality, safety and environment and promote a safety culture within the business

• Managing / liaising with a team of Supervisors, Administrators and Resident Liaison Officers to ensure contractual expectations are met along with responsibility for recruitment retention, training and development of employees

• Ensuring works are completed on time and to a high quality standard

• To complete time sheets and work sheets and reports as required

• Working as an integral team member as well as a mentor and coach to apprentices and colleagues

• SSSTS or equivalent and CISRS qualification

Full driving licence will be required as may be travelling from location to location. Company van or car allowance is included for this role.
