​Project Manager - Facades / Curtain Walling 

A leading Facade Contractor is actively recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team, all projects London based.

As a Project Manager, you will be overseeing curtain walling / façade projects up to £8 million within London.

Due to the nature of this work, we need a Project Manager from a facade background and someone who has experience in managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities for the Project Manager role will include but not be limited to:

Health, Safety, Environment & Welfare management

Close liaison with the main and sub-contractors throughout the project

Construction project management and overseeing of construction related activities

Construction submittal review

Recording and reporting key construction metrics to stakeholders

Managing manufacturing and installation work of technical equipment

Requirements 

Experience as a Project Manager within the FACADES/CURTAIN WALLING industry
