18 Recruitment are looking for a number of Multi Trade Operatives to work for our social housing client covering Enfield, Essex, Southall and Kent working on void properties.

Work will involve

  • Plumbing

  • Carpentry including fire doors

  • Windows and glazing

  • UPVC

  • Plastering

  • Kitchen fitting

  • Bathroom Installs

  • General void works

Candidates applying for this role must have own tools, hold a valid UK driving licence, and preferably have their own van. A fuel card will be provided.

Applicants will need to be willing to travel in and out of London regularly!
