18 Recruitment are looking for experienced Maintenance Administrator to work with their social housing client in Stratford on a permanent basis.
Key responsibilities:
Assisting the operational team with all administrative tasks.
Booking appointments for works to be carried out
Making calls to tenants to confirm appointments/discuss works
General administrative tasks (scanning, filing, data entry, general office management, diary management).
Ordering equipment for trades
What You'll Need To Succeed:
Proven work experience as a Maintenance Administrator
Social housing/housing experience preferred.
Good time management and planning skills.
Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office Programs.
Experience of working in a call centre environment
