​Estimator – High End Residential 

My client is a Developer company based in Liverpool that specialise in high end residential developments. They are looking to hire an additional Estimator, with relevant experience, who can provide a professional estimating service which maximises the opportunity to secure new business.

The role:

• Production of accurate, competitively priced tender bids, fully scoped and presented, up to £90 million.

• Splitting out works packages into sub-contract enquiries and going to market

• Production of pitch documents, in line with corporate presentation standards to accompany tender bids

• Collaboratively working as part of a pre-construction team, to deliver quality tender bids and secure works orders

  The Key Requirements:

• 5 years or more within an estimating role, preferably in works relating to design and build contracts

• Good knowledge of JCT and NEC forms of contract

• Ability to impart relevant information on package selection, reasoning and comparison between supplier bids
