Our social housing client is looking for carpentry biased multi trade operatives to work on occupied and void properties.

Candidates applying for this role must have own tools and hold a valid UK driving licence, as you will be going from property to property, a van and fuel card will be provided.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following disciplines preferably having worked in Social Housing previously:

Essential

Carpentry

UPVC Repair

Locksmith

Desirable

Tiling

Plastering repairs

Painting/decorating

Basic Plumbing

Fit bathrooms & kitchens

Roofing
